How we work

Finding the best nannies for families in Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, South Wales, Hampshire and surrounding areas.

Everycare Nannies is unique in that we profile candidates using a comprehensive questionnaire, designed by Ellie to properly match the best candidate to a family. We reference all candidates using employment history and character. We use the methods of recruitment laid out by CIW. We have membership of BAPN, the British Association of Professional Nannies.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR NANNY NEEDS

Ellie visits all potential families as this produces the best knowledge about the family and the childcare needs. It also marks the start of an excellent working relationship between us, to best serve you and your children. We help define the candidate’s role within the family.

MATCHING NANNY CANDIDATES & FAMILIES

We do not ‘Broker’, meaning we do not make you sift through CV’s and worry about what to look for and whether you are wasting your time on candidates who have possibly inflated their abilities on paper. We only show you candidates who have been through our recruitment and safeguarding process, for your peace of mind. They will have signed a Confidentiality Agreement, which safeguards your details, too. This is entirely different to all other Nanny agencies currently available (based upon an online review).

How we do it all:

Everycare Nannies works by providing a detailed but simple contract to families whereby we employ the staff, and invoice you. The Family Agreement. This means we handle contracts, payroll, salary, annual Leave, pension contributions, employment law, HMRC and more, which saves you time and the worry of compliance. Ellie handles all Human Resources. She is a member of the CIPD.

We have a simple fee structure, which is available on request. The home visit is free. Your support lasts until your Nanny finishes working with you.

MINIMUM HOURS PER DAY – HOW TO GET THE BEST FROM OUR SERVICE TO YOU.

At Everycare Nannies, we know that when you come to us, you expect to be provided with an excellent, reliable, qualified and nurturing Nanny. To help meet those expectations, we have a minimum of 4 hours per day. This is recommended for after school Nannies. For younger children, we recommend at least 6 hours one or more days per week. This not only promotes the bond between child and Nanny, but it encourages the very best Nannies to apply, as with shorter hours, there is a danger of the day being too short for career Nannies. Our best candidates apply for roles of 8-6 and 9-5. 8-6 is ideal for those who need to go out to work, whilst 9-5 is best for those who work from home. Your Nanny will arrive a couple of minutes early, and there will be a handover book for detailed communication. Of course, during your home visit, exact times will be discussed, so don’t worry; we will find the solution which best fits your needs. For more information and an insight into this policy, please ask by either submitting an enquiry or calling 07973734714 . Thank you, and we look forward to working with you.

We welcome feedback and have a FAQ’s page for both families and Nannies on our website. We have a Google account, where we welcome reviews, but would encourage you to speak to us directly should you have any suggestions or comments.

We have never had a failure. We have returning Nannies and families. At the time of writing, 2 of our families have been with us since the beginning!

Everycare Nannies is unique. We love what we do.

Thank you for considering Everycare Nannies. Your feedback is always welcome.
